When listening to WJ Vincent, he sounds so genuine and down-to-earth. Then, when he starts to talk about fundamental success principles from classics including Think and Grow Rich and how to apply them to business, I can see why he is the company President! While I appreciate his inspiration, I really respect his emphasis that the business takes hard work (and how to work smart). So often, you only hear about the crazy possibilities in a fly-by-night company. While lucrative success is available within the OurGV business model, WJ emphasizes the hard work it takes. This makes everything much more realistic... and more exciting! Between the business tips that he shares in the trainings and the ongoing work that he does to develop the business, he clearly is driven to help the company and the company's affiliates be successsful.
